SHIPPING & REFUNDS

• After an order is placed, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours and will be delivered to the customer within 2-6 business days.

• No products are shipped on Sundays, i.e., orders placed on Saturdays would be shipped on Mondays.

• Shipping charges and all the taxes are included in the price as mentioned below the products.

• We do not currently have the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for payments.

• An order is accepted only when we have received the payment, i.e., all orders are prepaid.

• Customers can only cancel or modify an order they have placed, before it is shipped.

• After the product is shipped from our side, we would be unable to cancel or modify your order.

• Refunds are initiated only if a customer receives an expired product or a different product. (Broken cookie is not considered for refunds.)

• Our delivery partners make three attempts to deliver your order. If you are unable to collect the order and do not inform us during this time, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.

• Contact us at themeltingcocoa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, for refund request and a reverse pickup would be arranged.

• Refund would be initiated within 7 business days after we have received the product and done the needful.

• Refund would reflect into your account within 7-10 business days.
